All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping or delivery time.

Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners. As a result, shipments may originate outside the European Union.

Shipping fees do not include any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customs authorities assess these charges based on the declared value of the shipment and local regulations. VAEZION has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their exact amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, the order may not be eligible for a refund.


7. International Shipments (Non-EU)

For shipments outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or clearance fees in accordance with local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Delays & Delivery Issues

VAEZION is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

Customs inspections or clearance procedures

Carrier delays or service disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure)


9. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Refusal to pay customs charges

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Failure to collect the shipment

The order may not be eligible for a refund. Any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
