Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by VAEZION. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.


How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase


2. International Customers (Outside the EU)

For customers located outside the European Union, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This voluntary policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable local laws.


3. Return Conditions (All Customers)

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund if returned items show signs of use, damage, or depreciation.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Items made to the customer’s specifications or personalized items

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Discounted items may only be returned where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.


5. Return Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

Because orders may be shipped from outside the European Union, returned shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

VAEZION is not responsible for:

Lost or undelivered return shipments

Additional customs charges incurred on returned items


6. Customs Refusals & Undeliverable Returns

If a shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to:

Refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

The order may not be eligible for a refund.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal:

Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned, in accordance with EU law


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the issue

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return the original product (subject to this policy) and place a new order.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your payment provider for processing times
