Can you provide an estimated delivery date?
Yes. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Most orders are delivered within 5 – 8 days, depending on your location.
Are there faster delivery options available?
At this moment, we offer standard express delivery only. Express options may be added in the future when available through our logistics partners.
Will I receive a tracking number or link?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?
We ship worldwide. However, delivery to some remote or restricted regions may be limited. If shipping is unavailable, this will be shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped via reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, local postal services, or equivalent last-mile partners, depending on your destination.
What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?
Domestic & International Orders: 5-8 days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or peak seasons.
Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?
Items are shipped in secure, neutral packaging to ensure safe delivery. Gift wrapping and branded packaging are currently not available.
Are there multiple options for speed and cost?
Currently, we offer one standard express shipping option to keep costs transparent and affordable for our customers.

What items are eligible for return?
You may return items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as intimate or custom products) may be non-returnable.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
In line with EU consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Why are customs fees not included at checkout?
Customs duties and taxes are assessed by local authorities based on factors such as the declared value of the goods and local regulations. Because these charges vary by country and order value, we are unable to calculate or collect them in advance unless explicitly stated.
Do EU customers have to pay VAT and customs duties?
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by local customs authorities or the carrier.
Do US customers have to pay customs fees or taxes?
Most orders shipped to the United States do not incur import duties or taxes if the order value is below $800 USD, in accordance with U.S. customs regulations. Orders above this value may be subject to import charges
What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?
